RenderFormPlugin/Core.pm line 210, changing the onsubmit return to use single quotes fixes some html form garbage text. See Foswiki:Support/Question312. It don't appear from the example forms in the plugin topic.

Also if I don't specify the parameter formName="MyForm" in addition to form="MyForm" (or use "MyForm" as _DEFAULT) then I cannot click [EDIT FORM] on top of the rendered form. If there's some faulty logic I don't know but it might be that it should be documented that formName is a parameter, although I don't understand why we need this guessing when form is given.
