JHotDraw plugin doesn't seem to work after upgrading foswiki to 1.0.8. In firefox, 3.5.5, when I try to edit the "example" diagram (named example.draw), I get a page that says:
Edit JHotDraw figure '%PARAM1%'
Image of drawing %PARAM1%
warning You need a Java enabled browser to edit the drawing '%PARAM1%'.
The applet does not load up. In internet explorer 8, the applet loads but there is no content. The drawing doesn't show up. In addition, I can't exit the applet in IE8. I get a popup asking if I want to exit, but clicking yes doesn't have any effect. I have to close the entire browser.
I can only reproduce the problem for trunk and release branch svn installations.
On a totally fresh Foswiki 1.0.8, it works for me out of the box. Also works with the Nat* ecosystem.
Tested in these browsers, on Windows XP, with Sun's JDK 6u17 installed:
- Firefox 3.5.5
- Chrome 3.0.195
- IE 8.0.6001
Also works on Iceweasel 3.0.12.
Although I have reproduced the problem, I haven't done so with 1.0.8.
Have you tried re-installing
JHotDrawPlugin? What environment does your wiki run under (Linux, Windows)? Do you use default/strikeone validation?

We're having some issues with templates. Previous versions included a
foswiki/templates/jhotdraw.pattern.tmpl
. What skin are you using? Please delete this template file and try again, and report back.
