Item8492: "Install / uninstall selected extensions" button improvements

two small (javascript, degrades gracefully) changes to improve the usability of the page which prompts for a password in order to install an extension:

1. after the user presses the "Install / uninstall selected extensions" button, the button should disable itself in order to not allow itself to be pressed anymore. this prevents a double (or more) unzip of the plugin. this can easily happen if the plugin is large and/or contains many dependencies, which are in turn installed and the user doesn't realize that the install is actually in process.
2. the "Install / uninstall selected extensions" button should be disabled if there are no extensions selected.

I don't think these apply any more to Foswiki 1.2. Configure extension installer completely restructured.
