We need to go through this list. I would group them by benefit. So not: "Ref-by", but: "In one click find the pages linking to your page".
We should not stop here: we also need an extra layer (page) before this, to explain in bird view what the user benefits are. --

I'll try to organize the Feature description like Confluence do. Their feature description is clearer, simplier, better grouped an more user centered. --

(To Arthur: Imitation is the key mechanism in cultural evolution. Without imitation(=reproduction of information) and errors/modifications(=mutation) there is no improvement.
