Unit::testCase::capture was originally written to capture STDOUT, but has been modified to capture the HTTP response from the foswiki object instead. This is correct in 99% of cases but there are come cases where we want to capture the STD streams (for example, ConfigureTests)

Rather than reverting capture, I propose to add a captureSTDstreams to the base class.
