This does look interesting. I had fun (not) trying to get Forking search working on Windows. It was clear that there are issues with Sandbox::sysCommand. I now have problems with DirectGraphPlugin which appear, so far, to be related to sysCommand issues.

When I have time maybe I'll try this out to see if it can solve my Windows issues.
