For example a topic called MyC++Hello.

This is not a wikiword but contains a wikiword.

We cannot prevent normal topics from wrongly rendering the MyC because that is the rule for rendering. So if a user wants to name topics like this he must also use the double square bracket notation or use noautolink.

But in our user interfaces we have to deal with it because there the end user cannot add the double brackets.

Very similar issue to Item9287. Watch out when using %TOPIC% in templates. Either escape them with nop or double bracket them.
