• The Log directory references the working directory, and the settings are not expanded prior to use.
• comma used for concatenate operator, so no line ending is appended to each log record
• Log didn't include the REMOTE_ADDR, and wasn't picking up the REMOTE_USER from the apache ENV if the query object wasn't defined.
