Implements a richtext formfield type. Its renderForDisplay() method fully pre-renders to HTML and strips newlines, so you may safely do the following: 

| a | $formfield(SomeRichtextField) | b |
... without messing up newlines.

Should help close Item5812, Item5489 and Item8032

Javascript is a bit of a mess, really needs EditorAPI sorted out
