Item9338: PatternSkinUserViewTemplate is missing - user form must be at the top!

One of the coolest things that was introduced a while back was that user topics were shown with the form at the top.

The everyday usercase in a company is that you want a phone number or an email address of a user to discuss something he has written. You click on his name and you see his important data right there.

Many users put in personal stuff in their topic a they can be quite long.

We do not want to scroll down to the bottom to see their personal info.

I want my user form at the top back. And I will re-introduce the 1.0.9 version myself.

I consider this a release blocker.

Why are people reverting smart features? How about talking to your users? The userform on top was one of the things I got a lot of positive feedback on when it was introduced - from my users

It was OK to clean garbage out of the user topics but the form should be at the top.
