Form fields renders with current value when viewing older revisions of topic

To reproduce

• Create a topic
• Add a form
• Put some value in the form fields.
• Save the topic
• Edit again and now change some values.
• Save a new revision.
• View the previous revision
• Form fields are shown with the values of the current revision and not the revision you are viewing.

For sure making looking at old revisions useless when you have form fields.

For our applications where I work this would a total show stopper.

Must be fixed before a beta. We do not have this problem in 1.0.9. This is a relatively new issue??!!

An extra observation. The FORMFIELD macro shows the correct value for older revisions.
