Item9565: someone broken BuildContrib for building and uploading foswiki releases

could have been any time since the last tmwiki release I did and now, but basically, its uploading all the core VarTOPICs to Extensions, and creating an empty topic Extensions.FoswikiRelease01x00x10rc01

I don't know what else its muffing, as I ctrl-C'd

I presume that the 1.1 build.pl upload is also broken this way

ok, now it does work, but I need to make it generate the topic content its uplaoding to - not hard, just need to go look after the girls

For information. I have NEVER used the build contrib to upload a Foswiki or TWiki release.

I have always uploaded the file manually. It is happening so rarely and we upload sometimes to a beta topic, sometimes to an RC topic and real releases are not uploaded at all to f.o. They are uploaded to Sourceforge.

So this is not a release blocker.

What must work is uploading extensions. Also in 1.0 context

This seems to have commits that address the Var* topic upload, however they are only committed to the release branch. Release01x01 and trunk don't seem to have the fixes.

I'm setting this to no action. BuildContrib has been uploading extensions just fine, and I never use it to upload releases. Since we upload releases to sourceforge, I don't believe anything more is needed.
