Item8411 documented the procedure shown in Support.Question121 and Support.Faq12

Further enhancements to this process should include:

• Configure "Registration Approval" email address
• Ship alternative templates for registration approval
• Expand the %FORMDATA% in the approval message

Having just run through this process myself, I found it difficult to get information and errors in the actual process, so I'm raising this from "Enhancement" to "Urgent" and confirming it.

The errors were in the syntax of the preference settings in ManagingUsers

This is blown away by the implementation of the manual audit step to the registration process, which can be configured in configure.
