Item10256: TOC incorrectly including images

Using TOC for a topic other than the current topic causes images in headers to be displayed.

For example If we have a topic called TestTopic with a header like this:

---+ <img src="/pub/Main/TestTopic/test.gif /> Test Topic

Then in another topic we include it:

%TOC{TestTopic}%

This will result in the example test.gif being displayed in the TOC.

This does not happen if you are using TOC on the topic that actually has images in headers. Therefore behavior is inconsistent. The desired behavior is not to include images in a TOC.

Tested on Foswiki 1.2, images are consistently displayed in the TOC regardless of where it's included from. I'd think that if you include an image in a heading, it should show in the TOC as well.

Could you explain a bit more on why this would be incorrect behavior?
