Item11460: ImagePlugin needs WEB when linking to attachments in other Topics of the same web

we just updated to foswiki1.1.4 and have an urgent Bug since then...

Including an Image with the %IMAGE{}% Syntax does not work as it should anymore... normaly, while in the Same web you could use it like this:

%IMAGE{"TopicWithAttachment/Attachment.jpg"}%
This gives us an on-screen error-message: Error (3) can't find TopicWithAttachment/Attachment.jpg in Main. When we add the WEB to the path it works:

%IMAGE{"TheWeb/TopicWithAttachment/Attachment.jpg"}%

This works nice on 1.1.3 Image-Plugin is the latest Version. (as of this date)

We still have this Bug with Foswiki 1.1.5.

Last Time we had to roll-back the Plugin to version 2.40 but this time we updated the Plugin to 2.41 because of its dependency with other Plugins. Now, several links to Images are broken again. (same web, differenct topic)
