Item13706: Add "Create New Task" (or Question) to Left Side Bar

The Left Side Bar in the Tasks web looks like this:

The left bar in the Support web is similar.

It would extremely handy if there was a Quick link to "Create New Task" (or "Ask New Support Question") in these.
I expected "Create New Topic" to Do The Right Thing ™ but it didn't.

I'd rather prefer have it next to the "Edit, Attach" buttons at the top right.

That's would be a very unusual place for something like this.
