Based on CPAN:XML::Feed. This plugin reimplements the feature set of HeadlinesPlugin which implements its own XML parser, more or less. A reimplementation made more sense than fixing HeadlinesPlugin as fixing it would have been a reimplementation anyway with the extra burden of having to cope with other legacy design decisions within the HeadlinesPlugin that I don't want to deal with anymore.
