The PatternSkin*Navigation topics include their components without a webname, so if they are copied to Main web for local tailoring external to the System web, they break.

Also, the PatternSkinHorizontalNavigationExample topic is broken. The class="clear" is on the wrong tag and nothing renders. And the example includes the wrong topic.

Noticed this by trying to copy PatternSkinThemeFatWillyNavigation to the Main web, in preparing for setting up the blog. Also, this was one topic that I had to manually protect when upgrading the System web to new releases. Best to copy it to a new name rather than tailoring in place. Testing locally found the other isues.

Also noticed that none of the Navigation topics have ALLOWTOPICVIEW = *, so protecting the system web will break the horizontal navigation.
