Item14432: SPACEOUT does some weird stuff with acronyms

Since Item11671, SPACEOUT does some really stupid things with pluralised acronyms.

• AAAAARGHs is spaced out as AAAAARG Hs

The regex used is /[:upper:][:upper:][:lower:]/ which is way too generic.

The last regex in SPACEOUT should be replaced with:

    $word =~ s/(^|[^[:upper:]])([[:upper:]])([[:upper:]])([[:lower:]])/$1$2$mark$3$4/g;
