This is a larger task as most of the System documentation assumes WikiWord autolinking is enabled. If it is disabled will some of the documentation links be non functional.

Same holds for standard templates such as the user registration thanks message.

We need to link WikiWords explicitly and not rely on autolinking being enabled.
