The installer of TWiki:Plugins/IfDefinedPlugin contains a bug and fails to download the plugin package from twiki.org automatically. I attached a patch.

This is a foswiki plugin now. This most probably was an error in BuildContrib, not in IfDefinedPlugin itself as the installer files are autogenerated using BuildContrib.
