If you edit a Topi in TWiki 4.2.0 with the wysiwyg editor an try to include an attachment via the the button "Manage attachment" you get an error message: "There was a problem retrieving the attachments lists: Authorization required". This problem seems to only occur when there is a topic- or web-level access control in effect (ALLOWTOPICVIEW, ALLOWWEBCHANGE, etc). Adding an attachmet not with the wysiwyg editor works.

If you're logged in as the TWikiAdmin you can also add an attachment via the wysiwyg editor without any problems.
