Item8136: Have option to factor out night-time and week-end hours so as to count work-hours or work-days.

I had use case recently where I could have almost used this plugin but had to fall back to SpreadSheetPlugin because I needed to count only working hours (e.g. back out night-time and weekend hours). If we could figure out a way to programmatically factor out a certain number of hours per day and per week, it would expand the utility of this plugin substantially. Thanks for considering it!

TimeSincePlugin depends on CPAN:DateTime. So we are constraint by what can be done with it. The only holidays cpan plugin I know of is CPAN:Date::Holidays. Never worked with it - dunno how it matches DateTime.

Dependencies on CPAN:DateTime have been removed. So maybe it now lets us tackle this one as well.

Please have a look at DateManipPlugin which - based on CPAN:Date::Manip comes with proper business hours arithmetics.
